Penn State Test Results

Penn State University tested our first MAX4 in an independent comparison of competing Acoustic Hailing Devices (AHDs) sponsored by the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate (JNLWD). Here are the results in the University's Applied Research Laboratory’s reports:
